Red Hot Chilli Pepers’ New album, The Close
Post-left guitarist John Frusciante, Red Hot Chilli Pepers (RHCP) which comes with replacement personnel are now getting close to spawn a new album.
“Since October we have been working on some things, and possibly in a few weeks we’ll go into the studio with Rick Rubin” says drummer Chad Smith.
“Pre-production will take several months, but I hope in July we’ve completed a few tracks. We have a lot of material, probably about 20 songs “he added.
This album will be the album to the 10 band from California, but to be first with Josh Klinghoffer, a replacement guitarist John Frusciante, who announced his departure from the band for the second time in December 2009.
Klinghofer first joined together as an additional musician on RHCP album, before Stadium Arcadium tour (2006).
“We are very sad to see John leave the band, but he must do what he wanted and followed his call”.
“We are delighted to have Josh as a part of the group. He has been a friend to us in a long time. He played with us, he played with John, he fits naturally “says Chad.
The presence of complement Josh Funk Rock band who are still manned by Anthony Kiedis (vocals), Michael “Flea” Balzary (bass) and Chad Smith (drums).
